Our journey began far from the corporate world. Today, we partner with organisations across industries to help people think, connect, collaborate and perform at their best.

2008

Founded by neuroscientist Dr Cobus Oosthuizen with a simple but ambitious question: How do we create meaningful and sustainable change in complex systems?

Early Years

We began working with high-risk youth and communities facing significant social challenges, learning how people, groups and communities change, and how that change can be sustained.

2013

As the impact grew, organisations asked if the same principles could be applied within businesses. The answer was yes. LifeXchange Solutions began partnering with organisations across industries.

Today

We continue to work with leaders, teams and communities who believe there is a better way to create change — one that starts with people, embraces complexity, and builds cultures capable of thriving in an ever-changing world.
