Lucinda teaches LifeXchange youth English, Reading, Writing and as a missionary from the USA with a PhD in Health and Wellness both bible teaching and health infiltrate into every part of her teaching approach.

After studying at Bible College in 1992 and meeting his wife, Shelby has continued working in ministry over the years and eventually felt called to South Africa where he now works as a staff member with LifeXchange.

Shelby is responsible for overseeing the Lifeskills and Development phase that is within the two year HLMP and he has conceptualised and written the LifeXchange Assignments which are a crucial part of this.  

A student of life, Noeleen never stops!  She is currently doing a Bachelor of Visual Arts but still manages to achieve more than the average person in a day!  With two boys who are both top body boarders in the world her life is never dull and that is how she loves it.  The proud gleam in her eye when she talks of her family lets you know they are her passion!  An amazing example of a Godly woman.
