Johann Gerber
Chairperson: Mr Gerber is a RF engineering manager (B.Eng Electrical, M.Sc Eng Electronical) at Tellumat. He has been involved with community youth development since 2006. He is currently running an interdenominational Christian youth organization called Addicted 2-Jesus in the Fish Hoek Valley situated in the South Peninsula of Cape Town. Mr Gerber is one of the founding members of LifeXchange and was elected to serve as treasurer in 2008 and in 2010 was elected as chairperson. |

Kevin Hart
Financial Director: Kevin is the Senior Manager of the Forensic Investigation & Dispute Services department for Ernst & Young, one of the world’s biggest auditing companies. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Rhodes University), Post Graduate Diploma - Accounting (University of Natal) and Master's Degree - Financial Management (current). Before working for Ernest & Young Kevin worked as Senior Manager – Forensic Investigation & Dispute Services: SizweNtsaluba, project Finance Manager - Standard Chartered Bank Plc - London, UK and Finance Analyst - Cartoon Network (Europe) - London, UK. His passion for youth and community development developed through his involvement as Trustee to a family property trust (2003 to current) and as youth leader at Kommetjie Christian Church (2009 - 2010). |

Corne Voss
Treasurer/Book Keeper: Although Corné is a qualified journalist, she has spent most of her time over the last 18 years in the areas of accounting and book keeping. She has done several courses in accounting software and has experience in corporate as well as NPO book keeping. Her passion for child and youth development grew out of her involvment with children’s church many years ago. She has also been involved as a mentor, leader and volunteer for over 11 years with and interdenominational youth groups in the South Peninsula of Cape Town. |

Annette Gerber
Administrator: Annette has a B.Ed. qualification and is a grade 1 teacher for Rustenburg Girls Junior School. Her passion for child and youth development is not only noticeable by her involvement with education, but also through youth church involvement as well as annual community development projects in impoverished areas. |
