Chief Executive Officer:

Cobus is the founder of LifeXchange and though it was formally started in 2007 it has been conceptualised since the day he was born. 

LifeXchange was started because Cobus saw a great need to change the approach of youth-at-risk intervention.  Because youth-at-risk intervention has so far been mostly unsuccessful a huge amount of research is being done by Cobus through LifeXchange and he is currently doing his PhD at Stellenbosch University on youth-at-risk mentoring.

Cobus is a family guy whose wife and daughter are his everything but second to that is surfing and braaing.

Chief Operating Officer:

Mandy’s qualifications in sports science (BA Sport Science), Post Graduate Certificate Education, as well as her experience as a general manager for AbleAfrica, volunteer co-ordinator for ACTS volunteers, house guide and host for the Team House and group co-ordinator for Roselands Educational Camp is invaluable for LifeXchange.
