TIME-SENSITIVE EXPERIENTIAL MANAGEMENT TRAINING


Agile Excellence is “time-sensitive” in aiming to take as little time away as possible from your managers’ day to day work. Agile Excellence is a series of 6 team workshops, spread over 6 months, with individual online training and support. So the only impact your business should experience is positive; when managers start impacting effective change, developing a deep awareness and ability to empower themselves and others, consistently setting and achieving challenging goals, and maintaining positive company culture.
